I have the honor to solicit the usual Government endorsement to the enclosed set of bills. No. 115 dated 31st August 1866, at 30 days sight for £600, being, at the rate of exchange 4/3 per dollar the ordinary estimate of Expenditure on emigration account for the months of July and August.
I shall be obliged if you will be kind enough to return them to me without delay, as I have been able to dispose of them here on advantageous terms.
